Throwback Thursday: Love and Rockets and Ying and Yang (The Flowerpot Man) (1986)

After Bauhaus blew up, three-quarters of the band formed Tones On Tail. That lasted one album before there was a name change to Love and Rockets. A first album, Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven, showed promise so they continued with a second album which they called Express. The result was somewhere between goth, alt-rock, and psych. The video is very, very mid-80s. I still don’t understand the dancing bumblebees.
