Shawna:
For more than 12 years Shawna has been waking up way too early, and sharing way too much of her life, and opinions with rock radio fans. While other kids played sports, Shawna could be found in her room playing ‘radio’, and secretly eating Meow Mix. When she isn’t hiding from her kids and dogs in the bathroom, she can be found on her Peloton wearing Rocky IV leggings and chanting ‘Drago’.

Ryan:
Born and raised in the GTA, Ryan has been part of the Q107 Morning Show since 2001. Getting up at 3am and entertaining Toronto is all he’s ever known in the radio world. Ryan has been working with Johnny Garbutt (his best pal since grade 10) on Q mornings since 2005. When Ryan is not laughing it up on-air, he enjoys spending time with his wife Charlene and their 3 boys, Travis (14), Rory (11), and Drew (8).

Johnny Garbutt (a Libra) grew up in Meadowvale, Ontario and holds onto his junior boys’ basketball career a little too tight. Johnny has been with the Q Morning show since 2005, where he met his beautiful wife. Together they have 2 children, and thankfully zero pets. Johnny likes early nights and even earlier mornings and has been best friends with co-host Ryan Parker since their mid-90s rock band Half Ass Decent, who opened for Billy Talent in Johnny’s living room.
