For anyone looking for excellent hard rock, it’s important to check out what’s happening in the Far East. Japan is loaded with great new rock bands, most of which seem to be run by women. South Korea is in this boat, too.
Check out 18Fevers, a “death punk disco band” with a dark, aggressive sound that’s also pretty fun and danceable. They’ve been around for three years and have already toured the UK twice.
