As Rush prepare to return to the stage for their long-awaited reunion tour, Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee are reflecting on the songs that have meant the most to them over the years.
For Geddy Lee, the standout is “Working Man” the song that helped introduce Rush to audiences outside of Canada. Decades later, he says it still delivers. It’s a reminder of where everything began and continues to connect with fans of every generation.
Alex Lifeson, meanwhile, points to “Xanadu” as one of his favourite songs to perform. Lifeson says it’s a song that challenges the band every time they play it, making the performance all the more rewarding.
With Rush back on stage in 2026, fans can once again experience the songs that mean the most not only to them, but to the musicians who created them.
